Love4MySkin.com uses the finest ingedients found on earth to love your skin.
Well, so much for carefully reading stuff before you publish it. It was stated in the following paragraphs, now fixed, that exfoliation should be in terms of a month, NUTS! It should read WEEKLY. We recognize that some retailers tell you to use their products daily and don't bother to moisturize afterwards, but this is simply not the case. Experts ** recommend exfoliation no more than 3 to 4 times weekly, and to always moisturize afterward both to replace the moisture lost during the scrub and to protect the freshly exposed skin cells. Anyone recommending a daily scrub has, perhaps, not researched the Anatomy and Physiology of the largest organ of your body: your skin.

Standard
First, all the pictures in no way represent the actual contents, which means we don't use brownies in our chocolate silk nor do we use the space shuttle in our kick start. The pics are just fun ways to play with the product names, meanings and or contents.
Next, all Scrubs and Moisturizers have some contents and forms in common, rather than cluttering up each product description with the same words, we present it here, once. Also, we try to follow the FDA guidelines for cosmetic labels which explains why we are required to have a ton of warnings and why our labels are filled with long Latin names (we add the English translations.)
Scrubs are meant to exfoliate dead skin cells from your body and should not be used more than 3-4 times a WEEK in spring, summer, and fall and not more than 0-2 times a WEEK in winter. Moisturizers are meant to add moisture back into your skin. We have several forms of moisturizers - Gels (thin lotions), Salves (thick creams), and Lotion Bars. Both scrubs and moisturizers have carrier oils to keep the other contents together. Both Scrubs and Moisturizers may have various inert ingredients such as essential oils, cocoa, coffee, and various seeds. The more liquid forms of moisturizers have water and an emulsifier (which keeps the water mixed with the oil.) The inert ingredients have NO THERAPEUTIC EFFECT, nor are they intended for that purpose.
Finally, we choose to not use preservatives nor man made chemicals to extend shelf life. All raw materials are food or pharmaceutical grade. We care more about physical life and health. We use our own products, as do our family, friends, and patients.
